The service staff was nice enough to squeeze me in their bussy schedule for a las t minute state inspection. My vehicle's inspection was completed ahead of schedule. I was able to pick up the vehicle early and also was given some recommendations on schedule maintenance, which I agree with. Great friendly staff 👍.

I have been bringing my 2016 truck to Colonial Chevrolet for a long time. Their skilled techs have found and repaired a few extremely hard to find electrical issues. Unfortunately today's technology is so complicated that most people cannot work on their vehicles. Their service writers are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and keep you informed on the status of your vehicle. Even better, they verify if your issue is covered by their warranty. Be sure to buy their extended warranty. My 2016 truck still has extended warranty until April 2027. Their extended warranty has paid out more than it cost.

We came in today unsure if we were going to get a vehicle. We were welcomed by Charles Marks who did not pressure us into a sale, made us comfortable and just showed us our options. Josh gave great advice about financing and gave us all the options available. We ended up buying a Chevy traverse. Dario in finance gave us all the options available that best fit us with no pressure at all. We had a great experience working with all of them with no pressure and support!

2016 Silverado with Extended Warranty Timely manner in which repairs were completed. Trouble with a negative battery cable. This was causing loss of instrument panel and engine cutoffs. Excellent service.

From start to finish, everything went smooth.
I had a situation where my car was stolen and I needed to purchase a replacement. I contacted CMA‘s colonial Chevrolet, and from the beginning the staff was phenomenal. They were in very close contact with me, answered any questions that I had, and even handled everything while I was out of the country. The team were fabulous with Keith delivering my car to me and walking me through all of the steps. If you need a car, and want to deal with a conscientious and knowledgeable staff, they are the way to go.
