Worst dealership in va I went in to purchase a toyota i didnt want a chevy anymore but the sales man insisted i buy there product He told me the truck had service records they had serviced it Ok i think im good I take truck trans feels funny to me i take it back I skipped the part where i gave them my money and i had to take a loner my tuck was not ready yet cool no worries cause im buying a what i was told was a good truck Got my truck few days later i find out ac doesnt work i take it back they said they would fix I obtained the service records and found out the truck has never been serviced so not only does ac not work the no services have been done to the truck had i know that i would at least try to lower price guess thats why they never produced service records so now we are at service manager desk he telling me i need him to help me get my ac fixed on a truck i was told was good Anyway after i took truck to get ac fixed they give it back and say its good few days later same thing no ac took it back they fix ac then put a dent in my door I take it back they say they will fix it I will not let them smell my truck again Bunch of liars at this dealership Service manager said they only replace plugs if the car is missing they dont follow service manual what world are we living in Dont Buy Here Please

BEWARE!!! THIS DEALERSHIP SELLS LEMONS! My mother went to this dealership to purchase her dream vehicle on July 17th. After speaking with the salesperson, Cory Bennett, she was able to get her 2023 Chevy Tahoe in Sage Grey. She was completely happy, and everything was fine until July 27th. At this time, the truck was not cooling at all, and it was one of the hottest days of the summer. (We were riding to work together, because I was 9 months pregnant and unable to drive myself). We went to the dealership and spoke with the salesperson, and he ensured that we got a loaner. Let me remind you, the service department was determined not to give a loaner. After Cory spoke with services, my mom was able to get a black 2023 Chevy Silverado. Everything was fine, until August 28th, when the loaner's engine’s light came on and stalled at the stop light! This was beyond crazy to me, due to my mother being 45 minutes away from home. She was able to get it back running and immediately took it back to CMA. While there, she was given a 2023 Red Chevy Silverado. A week after driving that, the radio stopped working. Let me remind you, CMA still had her dream vehicle, which was sitting on the lot "waiting for parts". In the mist of all of this, she was in contact with Scylar. Let me start with this, I understand that everyone needs a job, but when you work with the public, please act accordingly. The level of unprofessionalism that Scylar displayed, still has me floored to this day. When someone is spending their hard-earned money to purchase something that they have saved for, the last thing you want to encounter is disrespect and unprofessionalism. The amount of inconsistent information that was given was ridiculous. After my mom got her vehicle back, 3 MONTHS LATER, not even a month later, it stopped heating. She called to have it serviced, but the same day, on the way home, the vehicle engine light came on and stated, "Engine over heating...Pull over". My mom had to get the vehicle towed to the CMA, because Scylar stated that they did not have anyone to get the vehicle. With that being said, my husband and my 3-month-old son, had to get my mom, who was 45 minutes from home. Scylar proceeded to tell my mom that he would meet her the following day, at 7:30am, at CMA. The next day, we went to CMA at 7:30am, only to be told that Scylar called in sick and "We have a right to get sick"! ABSOULTELY UNPROFESSIONAL! My mom stated that she would contact the BBB, which she has. Three new vehicles in a 6 month period is ridculous. We understand there was a strike, but that does not make up for the unprofessionalism and consistent lies. I will say this again, CMA IN CHESTER, ON US-1, IS SELLING LEMONS! We want to thank Cory for being honest and open about this entire process! Other than that, CMA is a total BUST!
Josh Friedman was able to find the truck that I wanted at another dealership and had it sent to his lot. Found the truck in less than a week. Clarence Logan was very helpful with the final inspection and took the time to show me all the new things on my truck. Great experience and I would recommend this dealership and Josh and Clarence to anyone. Thanks again for a wonderful time. Ed

I brought my car here to be fixed and the service personnel were not honest and did not communicate well. I had to call multiple times over a couple weeks to find out information on my car that they had pushed it aside twice to fix another car. In addition, they diagnosed my car incorrectly, placed parts that did not correct the problem and while my car was operational when I dropped it off,it can no longer be driven now. They ruined my car. The parts were placed to fix transmission sensors and now they locked up the entire transmission unit. They want $2000 for the parts and service that they put on the car and additional 5500 to fix what they broke while it was there. Please do not trust this organization with your car.

Came to dealership met with Cindy Cornett who i had been texting with she was very nice and helpful, she introduced me to Paul "THE CAR GUY' Sullivan i guess i was just lucky!! He made the car buying experience and adventure in good way, he explained things i never knew about car buying i feel like he was honest. He made sure the inside and outside treatments and cleaning was done,and the car looked great. After dealing with ''THE CAR GUY'' i felt like i'd known him a while! Dimitrius Naylor was also nice to work with! If your service department is as good as your sales department you'll have a very happy customer. The team at this dealership worked continuously to repair a major transmission issue on my vehicle. The issue was completely resolved and John, the service manager, kept me frequently informed on progress through the whole process. They all did an amazing job.

My car was in the shop from 10/10/19 - 11/26/19 & I never received any phone calls, the only updates I received is when I called them and I'm waiting on a call from the service manager which I'm sure I'll never get!!
I had a good experience from the initial phone call , follow up call to advise of a parts order and until completion. The car appears to be running good. However, I did have problem with my cruise control after the car was picked up. I called back and asked if the tech may have disconnected something and not hooked it back up. Donnie spoke the tech and assured me that was not the case. I looked under the dash near the parking brake release and found a wire connected not plugged. I plugged the connection and the cruise returned to being operative.
We just bought a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado and we received a recall in the mail. We did not buy the used vehicle from them, but, when I called to get an appointment it was no problem and within hours, we had an appointment the same day. It was our first visit for service and they were very prompt and professional and we asked for a regular service also and they had no problem with it. I would definitely recommend CMA Colonial Chevrolet.
