Josh Friedman was able to find the truck that I wanted at another dealership and had it sent to his lot. Found the truck in less than a week. We just bought a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado and we received a recall in the mail. Ii is always a good experience when I need to go in for service. The people are always nice and never hassle you for unnecessary service items like a lot of dealers do. I have not been there yet where my appointment time was not met and that also means a lot.

I had an bad experience at this location on Wednesday - 07/31/2019. But, after talking with the general manager Jay Burchell. He made sure that I had my work done correctly and was given a $25 Visa gift card for my troubles. My service advisor Scylar MCCarter and service manager apologized and was very nice when I returned. Jay Burchell is truly a Great person!! If you have any issues I would recommend contacting him.

Donnie, John and the team did a quick oil change and tire rotation. The short wait was entertaining. It’s the service during and after that make Heritage my choice.
